The following payment methods are accepted:

Only items that are paid in full within 5 business days of purchase will be posted or delivered.

Please ensure to provide your email address when purchasing as invoices are issued electronically. 

Shipping & Handling

I hand package, post, ship and deliver purchased artworks within 3 -5 business days of cleared payments in full. 

Shipping is available both nationally and internationally. Postage cost quotes are based off artwork size, weight and location. 

Note: Shipping couriers may vary depending on artworks delivery location and all costs are to be payed by buyer at time of artwork purchase. 

Delivery options are available within the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Brisbane areas for an additional cost (quotes can be provided on request).

Warranty

Majority of available artworks and photographic prints are sold unframed or with no wire unless stated otherwise. Framing and wiring can be added at an additional cost and through consultation. Specific artwork information provided within artwork description or at request. 

Archival materials used and all artworks are gloss or matte protected.

To avoid colour fade keep artworks out of direct harsh light and for indoors use only.

Refunds & Exchanges

In the unlikely event that an artwork is not satisfactory, please contact me to discuss further. Please choose carefully as pieces are unique and hand made. Refunds only given on exceptional circumstances and at the artists discretion.
